Nani!

This loving girl is a weighted blanket with a cute trilling soprano singing voice! She is the loviest most cuddly cat in the world, and knows just when to make a bed of me to calm me down. She needs to stop trying to eat string though…

Nani and her brother Dashi were born on April 11th 2019. Their momma was a street cat who had been captured and socialized while she was pregnant. They were adopted out as a pair when they were kittens to their previous human, but sadly couldn’t stay with her due to a change in the family. They were returned to the cat rescue in 2021, and it was there my husband and I met them!

We knew we wanted a bonded pair of cats, and after grieving the loss of Loaf for two years we were finally ready. Stoic little Nani guarded her beloved brother at the shelter, the bravest potato. When we heard how they had come to the rescue, it cemented our desire to give them their true forever home!
